01 · One mind
One mind for everything you own.
The Automation Nomad inc comes to you, looks at what you already own and connects it into one private mind on your own server.

02 · AI from earth
Machines with roots.
When the Automation Nomad passes by, the machines grow roots and talk to each other.
Most homes and companies already own good machines: a robot cell, a heat pump, a camera, a boat engine, a 20-year-old controller. Each one speaks its own language and lives alone. We give them roots: quiet, read-only connections into one private mind at your place, so they can finally share what they know. Nothing is replaced, and the safety features stay as the maker built them.
AI from earth means practical intelligence that grows from what is already there, not from somebody else's cloud.
03 · Connected
Every system, one pathway.
Lights, cameras, engines, energy, invoices and messages become pathways into one mind. We connect what is compatible and confirm the scope with you first.
04 · The AI visit
We come to you, anywhere in Europe.
Everything starts with an AI visit on site. We listen, look at what you already own and show you, on your own machines, where AI can help: from safety to the endless data your systems already produce.
For small companies
Everyone wears many hats.
We look at your whole week, not one machine: offers and advertising, planning, paperwork, the workshop. You leave with AI helpers set up for your real tasks, and a clear idea of which ones will save the most time.
For management
Train the managers, find the data.
A working session with your managers on how to work with AI, then a walk through the site: where we can listen to machines, controllers and cameras read-only, and what a live overview of your operation would show.
- In personanywhere in Europe, with our own tools
- By videoworldwide, when travel is not needed
- Hands offnothing is plugged in or changed during the visit
- No obligationa written plan and price afterwards
Homes, villas and yachts get the same visit at home: we look at what you own and how you live with it.
After you write: you get a personal reply with a few questions and some possible dates. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
05 · The visit, step by step
What a day with us looks like.
No slides about the future. We sit with your people, walk your floor and try AI on your real work, together.
Example of one visit · yours is planned with you
- First hour · ListenCoffee with the people who know the place. What takes time, what goes wrong, what you would love to stop thinking about. We mostly ask and listen.
- Second hour · Walk the floorWe look at what you already own.Machines, controllers, cameras, screens, apps and paperwork. We note what can be read safely and what cannot. Nothing is plugged in or switched.
- Third hour · Hands-on trainingAI on your own tasks.Small companies: an offer, a planning sheet, a reply to a customer, done with AI while you watch and try. Management: how to brief AI, check its work and decide where it belongs.
- Fourth hour · What we foundA first sketch, on a screen, with you.The quick wins, what one live overview could show, and what is better left as it is.
- Afterwards · Your planA written plan and a price.Scope, what stays as it is, what is out of scope, and the first step. You decide, without obligation.
You leave with
- A short list of where AI can help you first

06 · Where it helps
Six places, one approach.
Every visit starts the same way: listen, look, try, plan. What we find depends on your world.
Sample situations · illustrative, not customers
Axel · Illustrated mascot
Offers are written late in the evening; planning lives on a whiteboard.
On the visit: AI drafts an offer from a few notes, and a planning sheet everyone can read.
Sami · Illustrated mascot
Management hears about downtime at the end of the week.
On the visit: managers trained, and the controllers and cameras that can be read are listed for a live overview.
A separate app for lights, gate, heating and cameras.
On the visit: what you own is listed, with a plan for one private system and personal agents.
Engine, generator, bilge and cameras, each with its own screen.
On the visit: one view on board is sketched, which keeps working at sea without internet.
Iker · Illustrated mascot
Guest messages, check-ins and repairs spread across phones.
On the visit: a morning brief and work orders in one private view are planned.
Tomás · Illustrated mascot
Climate, irrigation and energy controllers that never talk.
On the visit: what can be read safely is noted, for one calm overview.
07 · The live overview
Your whole operation, live, in one view.
For factories and sites: a 3D digital twin fed by your machines and cameras, so management sees downtime, scrap, output and energy as they happen.
Simulated example · not a real customer
- Read-only firstWe listen to the controllers and cameras you have. Nothing on the line is switched or changed.
- Any brandMachines speak a handful of common languages; we map them into one view.
- For decisions, not operatorsAn overview for management. The people on the floor keep working as they do.
- On your own serverProduction data stays on hardware in your building.
08 · Doors
One centre. Five pillars.
Pantheon, our agents, is the centre. Around it stand five pillars that cover every sector. Tap a crystal, or pick a name.
09 · Private
It stays where you decide.
Your data and your agents run on hardware you own, installed by us and handed over to you. No subscription is needed to keep it running.
10 · The crew we are building
Grounding the digital noise.
Meet the Automation Team, our mascots. They are illustrated characters, not staff: each one stands for a sector we work in and for the people we plan to welcome as we grow.

11 · Find your door
Which door is yours?
Each pillar has its own website with how it works, examples, what is and is not included, and a first-visit guide. Start where your question is; they all lead to the same mind.
Not sure, or need more than one? That is normal: the pillars are parts of one system and combine on the same server. Describe your situation and we suggest where to start.
12 · How we work
The same care behind every door.
What you can count on
- We never hackWe connect through the connections a device or system already has. Safety features stay as the maker built them.
- You own itHardware, software, data and keys are yours. Your own IT team can take over at any time.
- Agents prepare, you decideImportant actions wait for your approval, and every action leaves a log you can read.
- Local firstThe system runs on a server at your place. Your data is not moved to our servers.
- Scope before promisesWe check compatibility and confirm the scope in writing before quoting.
- Honest about limitsNo system can promise everything. We say what is covered and what is not.
From first message to looking after it

Questions
Which pillar do I need?
Start with the question you have today. If it touches several pillars, they combine on the same server. In the first conversation we suggest where to start.
Do I need to buy new devices?
We start with what you own. Compatibility is checked before quoting, and we explain any equipment that needs an adapter or replacement.
Does it keep working without internet?
The system runs at your place, so configured local functions keep working offline. Remote access needs a suitable connection.
Is there a subscription?
No subscription is needed to keep your system running. If you would like us to look after it, that is agreed as a long-term partnership.
Is my data used to train someone else's AI?
Your system and its AI run on hardware you own. Nothing about your life is sent to anyone's cloud unless you choose it.
Can I start small?
Yes. Many projects start with one room, one building or one pillar, and grow once the first part proves useful.
What does it cost?
Every project is different. After the walkthrough you receive a written plan with a fixed price or a long-term partnership, before any work starts.
Where do you come to?
In person anywhere in Europe, or by video wherever you are. Travel is agreed with you before the visit.
Do you change anything during the visit?
No. On the visit we listen, look and train. Nothing is plugged in, switched or changed; any work comes later, only after you agree to a written plan.
Who should join the visit?
The people who know the place: someone who decides, and one or two people who know the machines, the systems or the paperwork. For the management version, the managers themselves.
Our privacy promise
Private by design.
- Your data stays with you. It lives on hardware you own, at home, in your office or on board, unless you choose otherwise.
- Never sold, never shared. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it to train AI for anyone else.
- Access only with your permission. We only work on your system when you allow it, and our access leaves a log you can read.
- You hold the keys. Passwords, keys and data are handed over to you, and you can withdraw our access at any time.
- Discreet by default. Your project, your address and your name stay confidential. We never show them as a reference without your written consent.
The exact terms are written into your plan and agreement. No system is free of risk; we tell you openly what is covered. This website uses no trackers, cookies or advertising; the website privacy page explains the short visit log.
After you write: you get a personal reply with a few questions and some possible dates. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
